Our business activities are continuing.
Dear Customer,
"We are there for you!" This has been our commitment over the last weeks and it still applies today. Our development and production departments are up and running, and we have expanded our service range for you.
We have received a lot of positive feedback from our customers and business partners during these weeks, which for us is a further sign of the spirit of partnership we have developed. One example of this is online machine acceptance testing with the aid of a camera - an efficient and fast way for all parties involved in these challenging times. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you, our customers and business partners, for this excellent cooperation and the trust you have placed in us.
So far, the proactive steps taken by LPKF and LaserMicronics to minimize health and safety risks for employees, customers and business partners have proven to be beneficial to all. And we will continue these efforts.
Business activities are continuing, however, still with some adjustments to working conditions. Please contact us if you have any requests or concerns.
Our employees, most of whom are going to be working from their home offices, are happy to support and advise you, answer your questions and prepare offers with the usual attention and quality.
Development and production are ongoing, naturally subject to special health precautions for our employees; for the protection of all.
We will continue to deliver machines and accessories. Where special challenges arise, we will work intensively with you to find the best possible solutions.
Where our employees can no longer work on site, for example, samples and acceptance tests can be organised "remotely". There are many digital tools to help us to do this.
