We value diversity and equal opportunities
Britta Schulz, Managing Director Business Unit Development:
"We nurture a culture of appreciation and respect so that our employees have the best possible conditions as drivers of innovation."
Diversity is a key success factor and an important component of our corporate culture.
Every employee brings different qualifications, skills and experience to the table. Against the backdrop of our strong technological orientation, the proportion of male employees at LPKF is comparatively high. We have therefore set ourselves measurable targets to promote diversity in our company.
Our employees carry the know-how of the company. A good working atmosphere helps them feel comfortable at LPKF. The compatibility of private and work life is also a crucial element for the professional success of our employees. Through various offers and measures, we create a flexible working environment in which everyone can feel comfortable. The aim is to keep fluctuation and the sickness rate as low as possible.

Lifelong learning at LPKF
In a growing and learning organization, the demands placed on employees are also constantly evolving. LPKF meets this challenge with Group-wide personnel development programs to promote talent over the long term.
Philipp Wilde, Human Resources Developer:
"At LPKF, we are constantly breaking new ground with our customers and developing innovative solutions. This requires courage, curiosity, openness and the willingness to constantly develop ourselves as well. Managers and employees are therefore in regular dialog to clarify what training and development measures are needed. Here I support with my expertise and offer individual consulting, customized solutions and tools. Because learning takes place throughout life, no matter at what level or in what area."

But also young professionals are an important investment in the future.
LPKF therefore continuously trains young people in various professions. Here, we try to get young women in particular interested in technical professions and promote this through social media activities, for example.
As part of our efforts to recruit young talents, we provide students with insights into our company, have cooperation agreements with vocational schools, and have formed a pool of exclusive student graduation projects. We have already been able to permanently integrate some of the scholarship holders and students employed by us into our LPKF team.
Occupational safety is a top priority at LPKF!
Working with lasers involves risks for the user, as does handling chemical materials. Ensuring the health and safety of our employees is therefore one of our primary objectives.
We therefore operate an occupational health and safety management system that has been certified in accordance with DIN ISO 45001 since 2021. The focus is on the protection of people, occupational safety and preventive health care.
