On YouTube: Fusion3D in 71 seconds

March 2011
The Fusion3D is a gem in innovation. An animated film on YouTube shows exactly what the inner working of the Fusion3D looks like and how the process works.

YouTube Clip illustrates the Fusion3D laser process
The 71 second clip demonstrates the basic function of the multi-head laser system and the operating process in images. The viewer sees the workspace of the laser system from the inside, and components are shown from different angles throughout machining.

The Fusion3D can machine injection molded plastic components with up to up to four laser heads simultaneously working from different angles. The structure is inscribed into the surface at lightning speeds. This makes the system ideal for MID mass production. The subsequent plating bath copperplates the machined areas.
