LPKF appeared at the LASYS in Stuttgart, the international trade fair for system solutions in laser material processing, optimized laser system for plastics welding in tow.  The new production system LQ-Vario RT features a rotary table with dual component intake, allowing for a significant reduction in cycle times. This extends the existing process features like hygiene, optical quality of the weld seam and process stability by a bonus lower product cost.
 
The system presented by LPKF Laser Welding Division is optimized for small and medium series. Its weld path monitoring and an optional pyrometer control also satisfy high tracking & tracing standards.
