The second “Taiwan LDS conference” took place at the beginning of May in Taoyuan. The response to the one-day seminar exceeded expectations with around 100 guests keenly following the discussions. The event was organized by LPKF and the MID manufacturer 3D Circuit.
 
The range of topics extended from a basic presentation of LDS technology and examples of its applications all the way to an analysis of current market conditions, including prospects for the near future.

The seminar was particularly oriented toward developers in the Taiwanese electronics industry. Taoyuan is a center of the electronics industry, with numerous brand manufacturers such as HTC and suppliers represented in the north Taiwanese city.

The next LDS conference is planned for the coming year in Shanghai. We will report on it in the LDS newsletter as we get closer to it.
