Your Tasks
- Develop and test architectures for ETL of raw data
- Implement methods to improve data quality and efficiency
- Create frameworks to manage machine learning lifecycle
- Deploy ML model
Your Profile
- Student (m/f/d) in the field of computer science, life science, data science or a comparable course of study
- You are passionate about data and would love to get hands on experience with large amounts of data
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and communicate well between the software, hardware and biology teams
- You are motivated and have a take-charge attitude to bridge the gap between data scientists and software engineers
- Excellent programming skills in Python along with knowledge of model development in Tensorflow/Pytorch
- Experience with Linux systems is a plus
- Knowledge of MLOps is a plus
- Knowledge of C# is a plus
- You’re meticulous about quality, efficiency and documentation
