Your Tasks:
- Effectively engages with key stakeholders including system/engineering, process/application, facility management, EHS team to manage project goals, changes and control risks
- Prepares project plan and coordinates the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation. Maintains matrix for process improvements
- Drive project deliverables and task details by through the use of reports, tracking charts and, checklists
- Aligns in cooperation with team leaders the activities of resources to achieve on-time and within budget and performance objectives for the project.
- Monitors, and reports to the Product management Lead on project's cost performance
- Investigates causes to project obstacles and assists in implementing solutions for resolution
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science/engineering field, such as Physics, chemistry, materials science, electrical engineering, and chemical engineering
- Conceptual and practical expertise in project/program management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Working knowledge of semiconductor equipment, process, or applications is a plus
- Ability to communicate and present in German and English
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within the team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
- Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
