Your Tasks:
- Management of a software development team for the creation of machine control software of our single cell platform ARRALYZE®.
- Analysis of requirements, creation of specifications, as well as concept development, strategic planning and implementation of software releases in coordination with R&Dand product managers
- Performance, schedule, cost and quality responsibility of software projects
- Planning of effective test and quality assurance measures
- Regular reporting on the status of ongoing software development projects
- Coordination of internal and external service providers
- Continuous advancement of development- and project management methods
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or similar field
- Very good programming skills in C#/.NET
- Experience in common project management software such as MS-Project, DevOps
- Knowledge in agile working methods
- First experience in team management
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Independent, systematic and goal-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation and creative drive
- Excitement about interdisciplinary work in a young international team at the interface between life sciences and engineering.
