Sales Manager: Life Sciences/Cell Biology (m/w/d)

We are seeking a sales manager for our single cell platform ARRALYZE® to join our growing enthusiastic team of engineers, software developers and life scientists. The ideal candidate has proven experience in international sales of life science products, preferably for applications in the field of cell biology.


The candidate must be independent, goal-oriented, have excellent communication skills, be motivated to learn new skills, and be driven to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.


This position offers the opportunity to play a decisive role in shaping the success of our single cell platform ARRALYZE®.

Your Tasks:

  • International sales of product portfolio of our single cell platform ARRALYZE® 
  • Acquisition of new customers, development and support of existing customers at all relevant decision-making levels
  • Independent implementation of the sales strategy to achieve the sales targets
  • Management of the entire sales process from lead to order processing
  • Technical and commercial consulting and support of international customers and sales partners
  • Forecast and business area planning 
  • Sales and customer presentations and participation in marketing events and trade fairs
  • Market observation and analysis of new user-requirements and the competitive environment 
  • Collaboration with product management, business development, aftersales and sales back office


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in international sales of life science products, ideally for applications in the field of cell biology
  • High customer orientation and relevant experience in customer acquisition and account development
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Understanding of sales processes and experience with CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Independent, structured and precise way of working
  • Initiative, commitment and organizational skills
