Lead Project Engineer (m/w/d) – Life Science Laboratory Equipment (English version)

Responsibilities

• Management of development projects of our single cell platform ARRALYZE® including strategic planning and implementation of product developments in coordination with development management, product management and other stakeholders
• Distill high-level feature requests into meaningful, actionable work-items, and delegate to the team effectively
• Mentor and coach a team of engineers, making everyone around you better
• Play a strong role in improving overall team velocity and build health
• Promote efficient, timely and high quality delivery of products

Qualifications

• Masters or diploma degree in a technical /scientific field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or similar)
• 2+ years of practical experience as project leader
• Experience in the development of high-precision, complex systems
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Independent, systematic and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation and creative drive
• Fun with interdisciplinary work in a young international team at the interface between life sciences and engineering
• Hands-on mentality
