LPKF TurboCut III

LPKF TurboCut is an optional module particularly suitable for installation in the LPKF StencilLaser SL 600 HS.

Unlike the latest FastCut technology installed in machines like the LPKF MicroCut F and the MultiCut PL, the TurboCut is exclusively optimized for cutting circular openings. It can optimize performance and quality especially in BGA and µBGA applications. This is already the third generation of TurboCut technology – and again boasts extreme reliability in day-to-day operations.

The circular perfection of round openings is boosted even further with the LPKF TurboCut – a highly significant factor in future, especially for small holes in thin material.
