Efficient laser stencil cutting

The LPKF SL G 6060 is a Class I laser system capable of precisely cutting stainless steel stencils and those of nickel, molybdenum or titanium. SMT stencils cut with this system deliver accurate paste deposit and optimal release characteristics. The system guarantees precise sizes and dimensions, sharply defined edges, smooth sidewalls, splash-free PCB contact sides and perfect surfaces.

Easy to understand menus on a touch screen makes the operation intuitive and simple, while minimum maintenance requirements cut cost of ownership in a 24/7 environment; making the StencilLaser G 6060 the ideal system for both start-ups as well as established stencil manufacturers to increase profits.

The clamping device loads and unloads loose metal sheet in a reusable frame just like a framed stencil. The fully automatic loading routine assures stencils remain in the optimal focal point. Stencils can be cut or engraved from both sides without manual calibration.

The LPKF StencilLaser G 6060 adjusts to fit any stencil size up to 600 x 600 mm (23.6” x 23.6”). In addition the system cuts microparts of contours with superior accuracy. Reproducible quality is guaranteed every time. The system cuts metal sheets up to 600 μm (23.6 mil) thick.

EasyEdit

LPKF’s EasyEdit software makes the customizing process even easier, allowing for global editing of aperture dimensions, quicker change of information in a shorter time, and practically unlimited customization. It includes features such as: One-click aperture modification, full scalability of aperture dimensions and custom libraries for automated aperture modifications.

Long Life Laser

The durable, low-power-consumption laser minimizes operating costs and virtually eliminates maintenance costs. It is available as a water-cooled or air-cooled laser source, at no extra cost, in order to meet individual needs and preferences.
