The LPKF MultiCut and MultiCut PL come with a pneumatic sheet or frame clamping system LPKF SL AutoClamp.

 

FastCut Technology

LPKF‘s FastCut technology allows the MultiCut systems to cut apertures as fast as 46,200 apertures per hour and with superior precision. This makes the system the first choice, especially with high density SMT stencils.

EasyEdit Software

LPKF‘s EasyEdit software, designed exclusively for stencil manufacturing, makes the customizing process easier, allowing for global editing of aperture dimensions, quicker changing of information in much less time, and practically unlimited customization.

LongLife Laser

The LPKF LongLife laser cuts metal sheets up to 600 μm thick with superior precision. It lasts thousands of hours of operation in “hands off” mode. Using 85% less power than normal, it doesn't even require external cooling radiators.
