Tools for the Treatment of Surfaces

LPKF supplies tungsten carbide tools for the treatment of the surface of different materials - with an overall length of 36 mm and a shank of 3.175 mm (1/8”).

Conical Tools

Universal Cutter For engraving isolations of 200 µm - 500 µm

Micro Cutter For engraving isolations of 100 µm - 150µm (requires high-speed motor)

Cylindrical Tools

Double Cutter For engraving aluminium front panels and for engraving wide isolation gaps Diameter: 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm

HF Cutter For outlines of HF structures (small penetration depth into the substrate, straight side walls, high-speed motor required) Diameter: 150 µm, 250 µm, 400 µm
