For single sided and double sided PCBs

The requirements of PCBs rise continuously. Higher component densities, finer structures, gaps and hole diameters require first-class base materials.

LPKF supplies these high-quality base materials from major manufacturers to enable you to obtain the results that suit your requirements.
 
The standard base material from LPKF is FR4 epoxy resin glass laminated fabric with a thickness of 1.5 mm. This material is available with 5µm, 18µm and 35µm copper layers.

For multilayer PCBs

The selection of the correct material is of crucial importance for the production of multi-layer printed circuit boards and provides the best results for smooth prototype manufacturing of a multilayer board.

The carefully selected LPKF Multilayer set contains all necessary materials of an established quality for manufacturing a multilayer board with up to eight layers.
