Laser system for the manufacturing of printed circuit boards

The LPKF MicroLine 600D is a multi-function laser tool for PCB manufacturing. It opens the way to the HDI market for the printed circuit board manufacturer by drilling Microvias and the direct structuring of fine line tracks and solder masks with on-line scaling.
 
Particularly the manufacturer of flexible and rigid-flexible printed circuit boards profits from the excellent precision of profiling. Beyond that the LPKF MicroLine 600D can be used for structuring, drilling and cutting a large variety of materials (e.g. ceramics, polymers and LTCC).
