Change in Board of Directors

LPKF Laser & Electronics AG and Dr. Jörg Kickelhain, member of the Board of Directors responsible for research and development, announce, that in mutual agreement Dr. Kickelhain will leave the company at the end of February 2004. The company and Dr. Kickelhain came to the agreement not to extend the contract ending on September 30th, 2004. Dr. Kickelhain will devote himself to new professional challenges. The chairman of the Board of Directors, Bernd Hackmann, will take over Dr. Kickelhain’s duties.

LPKF wishes Dr. Kickelhain all the best for his further personal and professional future and thanks him for his substantial contribution to the development of the company.
