LPKF ProtoMat H100 sets new standards for automated prototype production

As the high-end model of the LPKF circuit board plotter family, the ProtoMat H100 sets new standards for prototype and small-series production. With a position speed of 100 mm/s − which is twice as fast as the previous models − and a spindle speed of 100,000 rpm, the ProtoMat H100 now sets a new standard in quality and speed for inhouse PCB Prototype production.

Equipped with a new controller, the ProtoMat H100 is a highly efficient and extremely precise instrument with a resolution of 1 µm. It can produce 100 µm lines with 100 µm spaces and a minimum drill hole diameter of 150 µm.

Other premium features of the ProtoMat H100:
•Automatic milling depth adjustment for fully-automatic production of highly sophisticated circuits and materials
•Integrated vacuum table for the fast and secure holding of all substrates including flex boards

•A pneumatic plotting depth limiter suitable to machine substrates with sensitive surfaces
