Multilayer prototype production for in-house labs

Garbsen, November 2006 – Produce complete multilayer prototypes in three simple steps, using LPKF's multilayer production tools. Structuring, pressing and through-hole plating now have such short process times that complete samples can be fabricated and tested in a single day.
 
  1. An LPKF circuit board plotter structures and drills the different layers of the PCB.
  2. The LPKF MultiPress S presses and heats the layers (rigid, flexible, HF, etc.)
  3. LPKF's ProConduct® system provides the final step of through-hole conductivity Without the use of harsh chemicals (LPKF also offers the MiniContac RS, for producing uniform, high quality through-hole plating).
