Injection Moulding

The shaped parts to be laser structured are produced using 1-component injection moulding. The dried and pre-heated plastic granulate is injected under high pressure into the mould. After cooling, the rigid component is an exact replica of the mould. The injection-moulded MID is then ready for structuring with the LPKF MicroLine 3D laser.
