Laser structuring of thin glass

With the LPKF UV laser systems extremely fine structures can be produced inside or on the surface of thin glass. By focusing the laser radiation into the glass microcracks are produced. With this internal engraving no impurities or emissions are developed. The structuring takes place directly from CAD data on the PC.

This glass interior structuring is in particular of interest to the glass and luxury goods industry.
